The website feir.io (hereinafter “the Website”) provides access to the FEIR service (hereinafter “the Service”), which enables professionals to collect references from the people they have worked with, to have their origin verified, and to decide to whom they are disclosed.

The Service is provided free of charge and is in a test phase. No commercial activity is carried out on the Website as at the date of the last update of this notice.

The Website and the application are hosted by Vercel Inc., whose details appear above. Data recorded by users of the Service (accounts, collaborations, references) is stored in a database provided by Supabase, Inc., on servers located in the European Union.

The FEIR name, logo, visual identity, the structure of the Website and the texts written by the publisher are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, representation or distribution, in whole or in part, other than a short quotation or a hyperlink, requires the prior written authorisation of the publisher.

Content entered by users of the Service remains the property of its authors. The conditions under which such content is stored and disclosed are set out in the terms of use.

The processing of personal data carried out in connection with the Service, its purposes, legal bases, retention periods and the rights of data subjects are described in the personal data protection policy, accessible from every page of the Website.
